Refund policy

There is a 24hr cancellation period from the time of purchase. Please email admin@hukeaz.com.au to do so.

Items that are not washed or worn, in original condition and packaging are eligible to be exchanged.

Returns are available for items that are faulty or damaged, with a full refund of original price excluding shipping fees.

Size exchanges are available for any other available size in stock in the same style. Cost of return shipping for the original shipping is at the cost of the customer. Purchase of shipping token is also required to keep track of shipping, so the new item can be posted once the original item has been received.

Reasons for exchanges include:

• Size exchange
• Change of mind
• Faulty/damaged goods

All products are thoroughly checked prior to packaging and shipping. If a faulty item is received, an exchange, credit or refund on any returns is offered. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items, if the entire order is being returned and the customer has the ability to provide proof of the shipping amount. Please include a receipt of purchase, and the order number in your email. The email will then be evaluated and responded to within 1 business day.

• We do not accept returns on final sale items.
• We do not accept international returns.
• All exchanges must be of equal value to the item purchased.
