How to Place a Custom Order:

- Provide detailed information about your custom request, including design ideas, colors, sizes, and any other specifications.

- Once we receive your inquiry, our team will review your requirements and reach out to discuss the details further.
- We may provide design suggestions, material options, and an estimated timeline for your custom order.

Quote and Payment:
- After finalising the design and details, we will provide you with a quote for your custom order.
- Full payment is required upfront to begin processing your order. We accept various payment methods, including Credit Card, Afterpay and Paypal.

Production Time:
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for your custom items to be crafted and prepared for shipping.
- We will keep you updated on the progress and notify you once your order is ready to ship.

Shipping:
- Once your custom items are ready, they will be shipped to the address provided.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your order's journey.
Important Notes:
- Non-Refundable: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product.
- Cancellations: Cancellations are not accepted for custom orders once payment has been made due to the personalised nature of these items.
